Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
We use no tracking cookies and no analysis tools on our website. We only store one piece of information in your browser (Local Storage) to remember that you have dismissed our notice banner. This is technically necessary to avoid showing you the banner every time you visit the site.
If you contact us via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
In addition to this website, we offer mobile games via the Google Play Store. The following specific conditions apply to these apps:
Purchases and Payment Processing: Our apps are offered as premium versions without advertising. When you purchase one of our apps, the entire payment process is handled exclusively through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect, process, or store your financial data (such as credit card numbers or bank details) at any time. We only receive confirmation from Google that the purchase was successful.
Google Play Game Services (Achievements): In some of our games, we use Google Play Game Services to unlock game progress. When you sign in to the game with your Google Play account for this purpose, the game receives a unique user ID from Google to assign your progress. We do not have access to your actual Google account (such as e-mail address or passwords). The processing of this ID is exclusively for providing the achievement functionality.
Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your auto-generated Account Token and all associated data at any time. The best and most secure way to ensure your token is also removed from your Google Play Games cloud save is to use the in-game deletion feature. For detailed instructions, information on manual deletion via support [at] coldrock.games, and how we handle anonymized cloud-saves upon uninstallation, please refer to section 7 of our Terms of Service.
Our games do not contain advertising trackers, analytics tools, and do not collect any other personal data beyond what is stated.
You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (DSB).
